FAQ
Questions about hiring developers
How quickly can a developer start?
We usually share profiles within 48 hours. After your interview, most developers can start in about a week.
Can I interview the developer first?
Yes. You interview every developer, and you can give a short paid test task, before they join your team.
What is the difference between hourly and dedicated?
Hourly suits smaller or irregular work: you pay for the hours used. A dedicated developer works full-time (160 hours a month) only on your product for a fixed monthly fee.
Which time zones do you cover?
Our team is in India. Developers keep at least 4 hours of overlap with US, UK, EU or Australian working hours, as agreed with you.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. We sign an NDA before work starts, and all code, designs and accounts are transferred to you.
What if the developer isn’t a good fit?
Tell us and we will replace the developer at no extra cost and help with the handover.
How does billing work?
Hourly and dedicated work is billed monthly. Fixed-price projects are billed by milestone. We invoice in USD, or in INR with GST for Indian companies.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Hourly engagements start at 40 hours. Dedicated developers are hired month to month with 2 weeks’ notice to scale down.
Do you work with agencies as a white-label partner?
Yes. We deliver under your brand, never contact your clients directly, and offer partner rates for steady volume.
