How agents are built
Agentic AI development with limits, logs and approvals
An AI agent is useful when a task has a clear goal and a known set of tools, but the path through those tools changes each time. Our AI agent development services focus on that middle ground: work too varied for a fixed workflow, yet structured enough that you can write down what a good result looks like and what the agent must never do.
Every agent we build has four parts. First, a goal and instructions, written with the person who does the task today. Second, a set of tools: narrowly scoped actions such as searching the CRM, creating a draft email, reading an invoice or updating an order status, each with its own permissions. Third, a control layer that sets budgets, caps the number of actions per run, and marks the points where a human must approve before the agent continues. Fourth, an evaluation suite of past cases with known correct outcomes, run before every release so a change of prompt or model cannot quietly reduce quality. LangGraph, CrewAI, the OpenAI Agents SDK or Claude tool use with MCP are chosen to suit the job, and multi-agent systems are used only when one agent with good tools is not enough.
For example, an insurance broker’s operations team could use an agent that reads a renewal request email, pulls the current policy from the internal system, requests quotes from insurers that offer APIs, prepares a comparison sheet and drafts the reply to the customer. A staff member reviews the comparison and approves it; the agent then sends the email and logs the activity on the customer record.
Autonomous AI agents need close supervision in their first weeks, so every action is recorded with its input, a summary of the agent’s reasoning and the result, and a dashboard shows cost and success rate per task. You provide test accounts for each system the agent touches and a task owner who reviews early runs. We hand over the code, the evaluation set, the monitoring and a kill switch your team controls.
